We mentioned earlier that we're different to all other suppliers because we put a lot into the Creative Development which means things never come out of the studio at the speed of light. However when you need something amazingly urgent - like you forgot to ask us about recording your emergency announcement for your office or your web audio, or you needed a sound file for a presentation - we are there for you to support your timeframe and make sure no one gets cranky at you. If you do want something at the speed of light - some charges may apply while we don our super hero capes and come to your rescue - but generally we don't charge extra as we like to be of extra help & service for free.
