Maintenance Agreements & Extended Warranties
We offer Annual Maintenance Agreements and Extended Warranties on all new Systems.

IMPORTANT
If you receive a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" - that is, damaged in transit from us to you - you should:-
- refuse to accept delivery of the product,
- direct the courier to "Return goods to sender" and
- notify our Customer Service staff immediately.
Events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return or warranty repair or replacement.

General Return Terms & Conditions for ALL RETURN TYPES
  1. North Supply will not accept goods for return without a copy of Proof of Purchase.
  2. Goods returned without a signed Return Claim Form are not accepted
  3. North Supply serial number labels must be not be tampered with. Any removal or tampering with Serial numbers voids warranty.
  4. Unauthorised repair or upgrade voids warranty.
  5. All return transit costs are to be covered by customer.
  6. Disconnection & Reconnection to LIU is the responsibility of the customer.
  7. Unless a unit is dead on arrival and in this case must be received within 7 days of invoice date, goods remain the property of your customer and will be processed by the relevant manufacturer of agent as soon as possible. North Supply will not be liable for any loss, whether material or not of such goods
  8. Customised Goods specifically ordered in, must be fully paid for prior to delivery and cannot be returned or exchanged without express
    approval from North Supply in writing
  9. North Supply reserves the right to refuse any returns that:
    - are incomplete or missing parts; or
    - are not returned in their original packaging,
    - show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging.
    - are received with incomplete documentation.
    - that do not have a serial number

Please refer to specific warranty condition on warranty card supplied with goods.

RETURNING GOODS UNDER 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
In the event that normal stock lines, advertised in the musiconhold.com.au price list are to be returned, North Supply will accept the returned goods and apply a full refund with the following conditions:
Where a 30 money back guarantee is offered, goods not received, by North Supply, within 30 days from the original date of purchase will not be accepted.
All 30 day money back guarantees return costs are to be covered by customer.
All 30 day money back guarantees apply only to goods sold or supplied by North Supply.
All 30 day money back guarantees apply only to goods sold or supplied in a new condition and must be returned in the same condition.
All 30 day money back guarantee refunds will be processed on the condition that our inspection of the returned goods finds the goods in the same condition as they were sent.
All agreed 30 day money back guarantee refunds are paid at 30 days from return date.
To return goods under 30 Day Money Back guarantee please follow these steps:

2. Please ensure Goods are returned in original saleable condition and with a copy of purchase documentation attached.
3. Please ensure that all cables & packaging are returned.

RETURNING GOODS UNDER RETURN TO BASE (RTB) WARRANTY
All North Supply hardware is covered by a 24 month Warranty.
In the event that normal stock lines, are to be returned under warranty we will accept the returned goods with the following conditions:
RTB WARRANTY OUTCOMES
A) If goods are found to have a manufacturing fault, goods will be replaced under warranty within 7 Days. Return Transit costs are covered by North Supply.
B) If goods are found to have a user fault, goods will be inspected and a quote to repair will be forwarded for approval before service is conducted. Return Transit costs are covered by Customer. Payment is required before goods are returned.
C) If there are no faults found on goods, a min bench Test/Inspection Fee of $79.00 ex 10% gst applies. Transit costs are covered by Customer. Payment is required before goods are returned.
Where a RTB Warranty is offered, goods received by North Supply outside of the warranty period will attract a Service Fee.
All RTB Warranty return costs are to be covered by customer.
All RTB Warranties apply only to goods sold or supplied by North Supply.
All RTB Warranty received goods will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
All RTB Warranty transit expenses are to be paid by the customer.
To return goods under RTB Warranty please follow these steps:
1. Please print & complete RTB Warranty Return Form, click here to download
2. Please attach a copy of original purchase documentation.
3. Please ensure that all cables & packaging are returned.

RETURNING D.O.A GOODS
If a unit is dead on arrival, goods must be received within 7 days of Purchase date.
Goods are not accepted after this timeframe.

All D.O.A Return costs are to be covered by customer.
To return D.O.A goods please follow these steps:
1. Please print & complete D.O.A. Return Form, click here to download
2. Please ensure Goods are returned in original saleable condition and with a copy of purchase documentation attached.
3. Please ensure that all cables & packaging are returned.

RETURNING GOODS FOR SERVICE NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY
A min bench Test/Inspection Fee of $79.00 ex 10% gst applies to all goods requiring service, outside of warranty.
This excludes return freight.
For systems that require additional service a quotation based on what is required will be sent to you for your signed return approval
before any service is carried.
In cases where Service is not recommended we will suggest a replacement system and offer Trade In Prices.
Trade In Prices can only be offered at the time of Test/Inspection. If Trade In Price is accepted, Test/Inspection Fee is waived
