We’re asking our clients to come into our space and, as businesses, we have influence over that experience. The Voice over & style are also integral parts of the experience you offer your clients. The following 3 phases outline the creative development that goes into your production.

Assessing your identity involves looking at your visual presence both online and in print. We do this to understand what your Key Message to your clients is and what language you use. We also ask you for your input on the way you perceive your company, if you have any data about your callers, about what music & voice preferences you have and within what timeframe you intend to have your production refreshed. The Script Development form is available for download. Once we’ve assessed your expectations and input we draft a script for your review. If any changes to the script are required we work on it until you’re delighted with it.

On receipt of your approved script we schedule it into the next available session of the voice/s you approve. Selecting the Voice is of utmost importance .Vocal intelligence is a driving factor of appeal and attraction. We make it our business to offer a selection process to you to ensure you get the best vocal representation for your company. The same goes with the music. It’s extremely important and key to the success of your On Hold marketing, messages & music

Before your master is ready for broadcast we ask you to hear it either online or over the phone in a “live” environment. This is called the Final Approval and is the best way to make certain that you’re happy. On receipt of your final ok – we then send the goods out to you or make your file available for download via your login. You now have your production form which you can expand on, update and refresh anytime!
